Lakeshore Getaways

DEPOSITS:

• A 30 % deposit is required.
• Deposits may be paid by cash or cheque
• Deposits will be required at the time of booking
• $500.00 Security deposit used for damages above & beyond normal wear and tear and for added expenses, such as long distance charges, etc..
  
• Security deposit will be refunded within two weeks after rental.

CANCELLATION:

• If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your vacation, please advise us as soon as possible, so that we may attempt to book your space with another party.
• If you cancel your vacation with Lakeshore Getaways before your vacation start date, your security deposit will be refunded in full without discount or penalty if we are able to rebook your dates.
  

DAMAGES:

• Each cottage is inspected thoroughly by our staff before and after each rental. If damage occurs please advise Lakeshore Retreats immediately so we can have the problem rectified before the next tenant arrives.

SMOKING:

• For the comfort of all of our guests smoking is not permitted in the buildings.

PETS:

• Pets are welcome at our cottages within reason. The responsibility to clean up all mess from your pet remains with you the tenant.
  

TELEPHONE USAGE:

• Telephones are available at all of our locations for local use. Long distance charges will be charged back to you after your stay or taken from your security deposit.
  

NUMBER OF GUESTS:

• Must be discussed at initial meeting....these guidelines are enforced more for septic and safety regulations than any other factor....please disclose initially so any adjustments in rent can be made.
